NEAT to burn extra calories.

NEAT or Non-Exercise Thermogenesis has long been known to be a large contributor to the daily expenditure of calories burned by active people. Studies have shown that more fit people fidget more during the day than other people. This fidgeting is actually beneficial in burning excess calories.
